Here's another short clip from the upcoming RTB2. This one is from just a few weeks before the Masters Nationals last year. Our cousin Joe Pulcinella Jr was on hand to shoot pictures for an arm training article for Muscle Mag.

hahahahahaha, this guy is a clown, he's not even really that big, he's got good condition but he's not big at all, brutal 90 pound swing curls and 85 pound tricep extensions. ::)

the arnold was fun, but mostly i was there to help tracey greenwood who was doing the pro fitness and allen krakowiak, my training partner and friend. he was doing the amateur bodybuilding. ( he took 5th in the heavies).
ok, so i just told my brother to take the clip off of youtube. it was fuzzy and , as you know, it doesnt really show what this dvd is about. you said it best. its a story, not a training video....see ya.

I'm sure the second part is going to be great, I really enjoyed Raising the Bar part I and so has everyone who's actually seen it. It's about a lot more than just pumping iron.

Mike is doing real documentary films that take you far inside the life & head of his brother. There is nothing on the market like them. They're closer to Sundance films than the standard BB profile DVDs.

mike. the real problem here is the type of clips weve posted so far. both were training clips. this might create the illusion that this dvd is a training dvd like the others to which kh300 is refering. i guess thats our own fault, but we really couldnt come up with a single clip that actually captured the essence of this new dvd.

Thanks Mike. RTB 2 is a very personal exploration of the drives and sacrifices made by any athlete at the top level of competition. It's difficult to extract a short excerpt that demonstrates the more introspective side of our documentary. Workout clips are easy and fun to post but I'm kind of sorry now that I did.

jenn, as you know, was struggling with injuries, but has gotten to the point now where she can train again. she is doing the philadelphia championships in may and the delaware states in july to requalify and then her and i are both off to cleveland to kick some booty at the north americans!!!!!!!!

Can't wait to order your DVD. I've read about you on your site and also seen your comp pics around the Web- very motivating. I'm turning 40 and doing my first show either this fall or next Spring. 198lbs at 5'9 I'm not monsterous but getting there.

Dave isn't the clown here. Competitive bodybuilding is about getting the best balance between mass and conditioning that you can. Dave has mastered it. If it was all about size then SUmo wrestlers would be competing in the O.

As an amateur I can identify more with competitors at Dave's level. Also, you'll find you don't learn a whole lot from the "pro's" vids.

thanks so much for the kind words and for coming to my defense, but no matter what, the haters will hate and the likers will like. thats just the way it is on here. i actually find it entertaining and funny. especially squadfather, and he rips on me the most!! but at least hes funny when he does it and i like to laugh.
dont know if youve seen "raising the bar 1", my brothers first dvd. you can check out a teaser for it on www.ironsport.com. as we speak, my brother is putting the finishing touches on "raising the bar 2". should be out in a month or so. good to know we have a customer for it already!! lol!!!

oh, hell! i know that!! i love it! wouldnt have it any other way.its just that my bro and i were just a little upset that our new endevour was ripped to shreds by this board. its my fault, i guess. my form sucks and thats all they focused on! lol!
part 2 is now complete and mike and i are having a screening tonight for final cuts, adjustments etc. it should be out within a month. so glad you liked the first one. the second one has some real drama in it, bro. youll see.
