I sat outside in my garden with my new neighbour (21 year old Italian, 6'2"), and watched it, wrapped up in blankets.

I still haven't gotten around to buying a digi camera or even a scanner.

I've downloaded allofthe pix of the eclipse.  Which are fantastic.  But I watched the whole thing (with a 6'2" Italian music student, who has written a song about it, so it's so ingrained on my memory. 

I don't thing you got it in America as well as we did in the UK.  It was fkingfantastic.  Plus I didn't have to go out, it did the whole thing in my back garden!!!
