Currently I do each muscle on seperate days & hit them with 4 or 5 sets of around 4 different excersizes & I do this for an hour. I start to feel a little sore after an hour but never before. I use the heaviest weight I can for 10 reps. It seems most workout routines only have small workouts which I could do in 15 minutes & I dont think they would make me feel "the pump".

I train 45-60 minutes per session. maybe quicker If I'm doing a shocker like per- exhaust or superseting. I dont do any cadio tho.
a rule of thumb is a hour of hardcore training. thats all you know

1 hour...high intensity
-
as long as it takes to complete a program that works for you
as an ectomorph, im usually done in 30 minutes or so...it only took me 20 years of training to realize this was what I responded to best

I used to take about an hour and a half with alright results. then I went faster, did the same number of sets yet did the workout in about an hour. At first this was a bastard but when i got used to it i felt like my gains improved, I wasted less time and got more aerobic benefit too.
-
I've usually trained for 30-45 minutes. These days I do a little more sets so it takes up to an hour.

about 90 minutes for me but I go heavy most of the time and i need longer breaks. if its a burn'em up workout about 45 min.

goals?

About an hour. When I train back or legs slightly more cause I take some more time to rest.
-
as long as it takes. Never more than hour and half...usually between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
-
I usually do, in comparison to others, few sets. Eg I may do 3 sets of squat, three sets of front squats, two sets of deadlifts and some abwork.
But I rest plenty between sets, anywhere between 4 and 15 minutes.
Workouts take between one and two hours.

for me if i wanna make myself sore i've gotta finish it in under 30 minutes rest periods of no more than 45 seconds and maximal poundage for maximum reps. if i wanna go a little slower with it i usually go up to a min. 15 secs. between sets which finishes my workout in about an hour or a little more.
