add at least a calcium citrate supplement and a magnesium glycinate supplement. I think it would only help with your training and recovery.

Vitamin D increases Ca+ and Mg+ absorption so take about 2000IU a day. Carlson makes a good Vitamin D supplement.

Take Calcium and Magnesium at least 3 hours distant from each other because they tend to compete for absorption.

yeah i'm planning to get some shots in soon, just brining down the weight a little from 220-to 210 or little less.
i usually stay around the 205 mark then diet for a show. seeing as i went up, i can't help but think there are some improvements...(there are many to be made) but im still young. got time.
