Title: Injury
Post by: apache zen on March 09, 2007, 12:16:54 AM
I just recently injured my right clavicle bone and have to wait weeks to heal.  I was doing yoga and running.  Now I don't do shit.  What must I do.  What can I do the doctor says I can't lift more than 5 lbs. on my right arm.  But I can continue to run.  So I guess that's it.  but if anyone has any advise please help!!! :)

Good Idea I was thinking the same thing too.  Is there anything I can to for my arms though to keep them healthy?

I was in a car accident.  That I caused.  It could've been fatal but wasn't.  I'm lucky to only have a broken clavicle.  Thx for asking.

Yes, work them out by lifting a .45 cal to your head. You'll only need one rep.
