i started my day at 6:30 in the morning..started teaching at 7:30 am..with a 45 min lunchbreak i went till6 pm..i just picked up dinner and got home..but i'm soo tired(i stand and talk all day) that if i eat dinner now i will be sleepy and i still have to prep tomorrows lecture..which should take me around 2 hours..
this schedule continues till next week sunday
when the heck do ya find time to train?
<on the bright side..its hectic cause i myself have to pass a few tests also and i gotta get my studying in..in 3 weeks i should be done with MY tests..well kost of em and then it'll slow down a bit till end of summer..but still i wont have the time to push REALLY hard in the gym..cause pushing hard would mean being tired to give my 100% to my students the next day..
..i just wanted to gripe..

None of them want to be there. They won't remember any of the shit you're teaching them 12 months later.
Just give them light work loads and be funny in class and they'll love you.

i'm sure in 3 weeks things will settle down a bit..its sucks shit that my cycle is gonna have to be erratic..owell..shit happens eh..

What ever you do all day for work the key is to get yourself in a trance state where you burn the least amount of calories and use the least amount of brain power...If you train at night you start to come out of your trance an hour or so before you work out...That way you can put 100% of your stored energy to use...
If you bust your ass all day, you will be spent at night...And if your working for someone other then yourself and killing yourself during the day so you can't do shit when your off....You then have to ask yourself just what is the point...

hey.... if it's something you're passionate about, you make time... i'm at the gym at 5am... then drive an hour to go to school where i am until about 8 at night... THEN i go back to the gym and finish whatever i couldn't get done in the morning... but thats just me...

I always wonder what these people who are "going to make 150K" a year are going to be doing? Do these people realize that the number of jobs who make over 100K are pretty scarce?
What are you doing to do this? Is there a G4P school or something?

I have a couple of comments.
I'm no steroid guru, but I think that you taking a gram of test at once is way too much and you are wasting most of it.
Also, you get out of bodybuilding what you put into it. Hopefully now you realize just how much it really takes to build an impressive physique.

once upon a time..i used to be in shape..
all it takes is juice and lotsa time...i'll stick by that
