Just got home from seeing 300................i'd give it a 9/10, definetaly must see in the theater.

From beginning to end, awesome cinematography, and AMAZING fight scenes, lots of gore.

Don't go in expecting a deep plot and character build up, this is an action flick....but its definetaly one of the best movies ive seen lately.

2 thumbs up.

Yep, I gotta agree with ya! Great camera work, SFx, and editing.

I bet ya that this flick is going to go over very big on every Marine Corps Base in the good old US of A.

I was most impressed by their "Defensive Positions" and how those parts were filmed.

And the director did one hell of a great job on convincing me that the Spartans had one hell of a great offensive too. One man jumps above the shields and delivers a deadly thrust with his spear while other Spartans  simply move aside with their shields so that the man behind can strike his targer. They did a great job filming those tactical maneuvers.

I only wish they killed that Persian King who got a split lip at the end. The actor who played that part did a great job making me hate him.

Definitely a movie I'll be seeing again, but I've always been one of those guys who was a bit messed up in the head with it came to the real game of bullets and band-aids and rockets tearing bodies apart.

I betcha every Marine everywhere will be seeing that flick. God bless 'em all. And all them Spartans too!

it's right at 2 hours.

I saw it last night and am seeing it again as soon as I get out of hte office today. AWESOME flick. Didn't disappoint on ANY level.
