during the last 7 or 8 years of Albert's career he was nothing but biceps.

still amazing though, but Vince is taking it to another level at that age...

vince lost his quad sweep. look at any pics of him from the front, they have shrunk alot.

I know.  Vince always looks great standing alone.  but he is more than holding his own side by side with Dex there. 

Did Vince and Dex get any side by sides at the Arnold?  Or is that fudgy judging thing (keeping 1-5 away from 6-10) still a prob?  I know they improved it a bit.  I wonder if Vince was that close to Dex at the arnold.

Yes, thats the way it appears from the picture.  Vince's quad sweep isn't as good but legs look fairly good overall and excellent from the side and back.

Rockel has a great overall look but needs to be a bit harder, especially from the back.
