I haven't seen much of you around here(other than the myspace getbig group etc and X board) but little did I know you were one of the great getbig superstars with many high class fueds. Do you have gimmick accounts or have you been under a different name/nick in the past?

Actually you don`t need much more protein than that to build all the muscle as a Natural.

You have a good physique.  Keep up the good work and keep these people in line.

What is your advice - have everyone learn the truth and watch the industry collapse?  It is important to sell powders to generate money in the industry.  Not trying to justify it, but just telling it like it is.

Eat a healthy diet and exercise and your genetics will do the rest.

Kick the drugs out.  Bankrupt the supplement companies.  Gain Sponsorship from Fast Food, Food Brands, Nabisco, General Mills, Tyson etc...

A Burger King sponsored athlete can compete against a Chick-Fil-A  Athlete etc...

They would be willing to do this for sure, if the drugs and the negativity that they bring as well as the porn that has ruined bodybuilding are gone.  It could EASILY happen and it  would be better for everyone as these food companies actually have products that work. They have a reputation to uphold and would not mind their product being synonymous with health and fitness, as ALL FOOD PRODUCTS CAN BE used as such.

Bodybuilding would flourish,grow and raise the public`s awareness of how easy it is to overcome obesity.

i dont think you need 1g/lb bodyweight, but empirically i can tell u i do better when i get more than 100g on a day i lift ... cause i have a fast metabolism i have to really concentrate on getting enough carbs if i want to be big

im 6'0 175 with 15.5 inch arms atm .... at my biggest i was 218 with 17.75 inch arms

People, under your view should be allowed to take drugs(recreational desire) if they want to i.e. no government regulation.

Why should any company  under the profit motive have to "tell it like it is" as the desire of such a company should dictate it's existance and regulation thereof right?

If the supplement industry provides a product so be it, hell I might buy some MRPs when I don't want to have a meal etc. Im satisfied, theres no evil in that. Coca-cola can associate their product with "good times" even though the product has no direct correlation to such but "telling it like it is" would suggest their marketing approach would have to adhere to criteria suggesting nothing but the actual product derived function should be promoted.

I do not understand your fractured subjectivity is it merely an approach to fit in with the getbig cynics?

I eat fries or pizza or ice cream or all of the above literally every single day and stay lean (relative to the general populace).  Pics and clips coming soon now that I'm getting back in to it.

The key is moderation.  I don't know what all this crack is about fast food being conducive to a good bodybuilding program.  ???  Yes, you CAN eat all that crap (in moderation like I do), but you make it sound as though you must eat it to succeed.  If I were to eat all clean food I would get the same result.  I don't think junk food is required, but it certainly doesn't need to be avoided either.  Maybe I am reading your principles all wrong, but you make it sound as though it is a requirement to eat bad food.

Exactly where you are wrong.

I tell anyone to eat WHATEVER THEY WANT!

Its personal preference totally.  I reference fast food to make a point that it is in no way bad for you.

There is no such thing as a bad food.  There is no such thing as eating "clean".

People have lost all rational thought and think you have to eat a certain way or a certain food. You don`t.  Eat anything you like, just don`t overeat.
