Anyone at that age can look ripped like that if they want, I had my BF measured at 8% in 12th grade half way through wrestling season at a weight of 148lbs and I was just doing wrestling practice, no diet to think of and at that point I was haklf assing it cause I knew I wasn't gonna be good enough to go to states.

Because naturally gained muscle doesn't come off like that. Highly inefficient to burn. Fat is a much better source of fuel. I ate hamburgers every night of that cut. The leaner you get the easier it is. I posted pictures of me right after i ate 6000 calories of pure junk.

Wrong... steroid induced muscle is easily lost. My lifts have not gone down with the exception of power lifts. Deadlift dropped big time but other then that i curl and dumbell press about the same. Squat has also gone way down. Some muscles are getting even stronger. Regardless ever since i lost all that fat i feel like im growing and getting leaner at the same time. When you are holding dumbells in your hands and your skin looks transparent like chicken breast with a huge vein running down the middle of it it makes up for the loss of strength. I will be back to lifting my old weight soon.

How many calories have you been averaging a day or weekly?
I work out twice a day at about 1400-1650 calories with cardio although sometimes i just dont do it. Like i said i started off the week eating 6k calories of donuts, pizza, etc and i didnt gain a pound.

Thanks. Glycogen and STORED FAT are the sources the body wants to burn first. You burn fat all day and alot at rest, if you are in a caloric defecit.
There is no such thing as starvation mode. Another myth that has been perpetuated by supplement companies.
Let me post Mine and Layne`s discussion of this and trying to tell people this fact.

You should not think of nutrition in meals, but in food items instead.
Once you have a caloric limit, just eat until you reach the limit throughout the day.
This meal business is out of hand and is a main ploy and tactic for Supplement companies to make you use their products by following a "meal" schedule.

When Fat is present, Muscle will NOT be burned as long as gravity is strong enough. Muscle is NOT a viable source of energy so easily available and is NOT efficient for fuel as long as gravity is present. Evolution in all animals has proven this fact.
The lifts simply went down not because loss of strength or muscle, but because as the body`s center mass and overall mass is reduced by the elimination of fat, the center of gravity is TOTALLY changed. A 27 inch waist simply cannot displace the same load as 38 inch waist can. Also, with more mass, one becomes a better mechanical lever so to speak.
How come when I diet down and get leaner my deadlift and squat increase.Most of my other lifts reduce but these two power lifts go up.

Hahaha i am very small in clothes but that doesn't matter and you are right about how it looks. I try not to concern myself with weight but i do want to be alot bigger. My face is sucked in from the dieting and the vasculation in my arms is pretty awsome even though it doesn't show up on camera. When you get a pump that lean in clothes you actually start to look pretty good in clothes too but that is temporary.

I had mcdonalds the day those pictures were taken and a few days before that i ate 6000 calories of coconut cream pie, oreos, donuts, fries, pizza, and chips. No change what so ever.
