Why tuna? Why not just go to mcdonalds and pick up a big mac. Very convenient.
-
Don't buy it in a can, buy fresh tuna steak, tastes nicer.
-
Fish.

vagina, it's the best kind, plus in addition to the tuna you get a little bit of cheesy odor as well.

For fuck's sake Keith, that's disgusting! Why don't you stick to posting pictures of hard, oily men in their thongs being watched by an audience full of gay men clapping their cocks out?

I've eaten a lot of tuna on my life (both kinds :) ) but I can't eat regular tuna anymore, just can't stand it. I go to sams club and buy a shitload of solid white Albacore. It has less tuna taste, and I can eat it right out of the can.

I always prefer me a mean can of tuna.
-
In regards to canned tuna I prefer solid white albacore in water.
-
I usually eat 2 cans of shredded tuna in water out of the can each night. Takes like pure shit, but its like 65g protein right there. Thank god I got some eye of round steak left over so im gonna eat that tonight instead of the tuna. Much better taste
-
albacore
-
i hate tuna i love an oily nice sized cock to get all my protein

i like the people who say tuna tastes too bad to eat but then they will blend up 100 filthy supplements and drink that. waaaay better, right? ::)

I don't use supplements either.
Most people here over the age of 25 don't. They've come to understand the basic truth of bodybuilding: supplements that "work" must be purchased from your local drug dealer, not GNC.

I don't think they're completely worthless, there is good scientific data on things like Glutamine and BCAA's, though I agree for the most part, the supplement industry is one big scam designed to part starry eyed teenagers with their weekly allowance.

are you british?

Theres a tradeoff. They make chunk-light tuna with 50% less sodium than the solid white albacore, but it doesnt taste as good. I also find fish scales in the chunk light stuff.

Interesting. One minute I'm looking up Tuna on Wikipedia, the next I'm learning that the terms "hot blooded" and "cold-blooded" have become less meaningfull, and now "bloodedness" is a spectrum...and Tuna are actually closer to "warm-blooded"...
