you'd have to shut down the gym to film something like that, at the cadence of the set/exercise changes you're running all over the place from machine to free weights to machine. theres a reason milo's gym is always empty or nearly empty during his photo shoots, he has that luxury. and im sure he kicks people off machines if he or his boys need to use them.
plus my personal cameraman is on paid vacation in the bahamas right now, so i'd have to wait for him to get back anyway....i wont film anything unless its in full 1080p HD

I tried milos leg workout and got kicked out of the gym for hogging all of the machines in the entire gym and littering the gym with all the 20 lb dumbells I could find!!!! ::)

Take 2 poud d-bells and put them in your pockets - that way nobody would see you are using it...Plus - it is probably more than enough weight for you...

i would have taken this oportunity in a heart beat!!! only that i live in brazil... :-\
BUT, if i went to USA or milos came here to some seminar or thing like that, i will look for him!!!
seriously, i still dont have his videos, but i really would like to understand how the hell can this work...I would like to see a normal person, not a PRO who already is giant, but a normal person do this kind of workout and get results (and better results than more conventional work)
