So they ousted Weightman and replaced him with Kiley who was in charge from 2000-2004?
Sounds like an excellent decision. Fire the guy that was there for 6 months because he was doing a terrible job and replace him with the guy that was there a few years before and did a terrible job.

Walter Reed should be a case study on why the neo-con (key word CON) agenda to privatize government services usually sucks. Then again, maybe this is what Grover Norquist had in mind with his infamous quote that he wants to shrink government "down to the size where we can drown it in the bathtub."
