Anyone ever try it?
Week 1 Ramp 1 (4 day split)
120 seconds rest periods. day 1 & 2 13-15reps, day 3 & 4 10-12 reps
Day 1
Back 3
Chest 3
Bi 3
Calves 3
Day 2
Delts 3
Tris 3
Thighs 3
Day 3 off
Day 4
Back 3
Chest 3
Thighs 3
Delts 1
Calves 2
Bi 1
Tri 1
Day 5
Thighs 3
Chest 3
Back 3
Delts 1
Calves 2
Tri 1
Bi 1
Sat/Sun off

I did that program for years. I loved it. Then I got away from it, and just never really got back to it. Still have my book though. :)
I think it teaches the concepts and principles that everyone needs to learn to train properly. Something a ghost written article from FLEX falls short on, oh, since they started printing them. :-\

i bought the first book about 15 years ago there was like 3 stages
once a day 6 days a week
twice a day 6 days a week
and 3times a day 6 days a week
i tried the first phase which was once a day for about 12 weeks but was so sour i couldnt finish!!!! was very interesting book though i still got it somewhere ill try to find it!
