I laugh at the guy all the time. He acts like he's Mr Mexico or something. He uses all the weightlifting gear and struts around like he's the shit. He also works out for 4hrs at a time. ::) No wonder he doesn't make improvements.

THAT SH** WAS HORRIBLE. But then again there are some of those in every gym, but still trips me out how much of a "big head" a person gets when they can't lift two dimes

These people need to be approached and told what they are doing.
The criteria:
1. Doing very wrong shit like the above video
2. Weight less that 160-170 pounds and think they are "huge" with ILS.
Some people have no clue. This one guy did one set of bench presses, walked over and did some leg extensions, then 2 lat pull downs, and went on to calf raises...I was like WTF, someone needs to tell this guy how to work out. I am sure these people see me doing 4-5 sets per exercise and are like "man, why is that guy doing the same thing over and over again."

That is exactly the kind of form a guy at my old gym used. He was this fat ass who bounced at a strip club. He thought he was the shit. He'd load up like 405 on the smith machine and incline them almost identical. Of course he wore elbow wraps, wrist straps, a belt, and gloves.

John Grimek, Clancy Ross and Steve Reeves were known to do full body workouts. They all showed real practical strength and stayed fit year round. It can also be done as a cardio circuit.

There's no reason to be hostile...I never said I did that workout. I'm just pointing out that some men with great physiques used the technique. Grimek competed in the Olympics and could bench press 400 pounds into his late 70's. Arnold was known to use the circuit training in the weeks up to a contest to burn fat and pump the muscles. If it doesnt work for you then do what does...but dont put down other men's accomplishments.

yes that was. thats why i said that. seems like you really have your priorities in order. i guess atleast the guy you were filming was making an effort to move some weight, even if it was horrible form. you were just sitting there like a lazy pile of crap filming him.

Looked like he was unlocking his elbows, and rolling his chest up, then reversing those steps repeatedly.
Bet his lockouts are a cinch. It's just the actual lift he's going to have a problem with! ;D

Umm..ever heard of HST, for example? You gotta love the guys who think they know everything about training, pretty funny.

Not knockin there means of training its just hard to believe you can get a good pump on any muscle while trying to do all of them. Yes its great for cardio. I guess whatever works for you. I dont know everything about training but i do know this method doesnt work for me but everyone is different.
