for your sweet tooth, try cottage cheese with cinnamon, cocoa and sweetener.

very high in protein is tuna, blended with some olive oil and chilis. You can use the fat.

Are you prep for a contest or only for being cut for the summer?

Try horsemeat , or ground turkey , and put some spices like club house (wal-mart have all the flavors) , soy sauce , mustard or even salsa if you are not dieting for a contest.

if you crave sweet buy cristal light , diet sodas or even zero carb, jell-o , taste pretty good ona  diet

good luck

horsemeat....from where?

Turkey - great idea - just bought 4 lbs of smoked turkey breast and already ate 1 - it's great. Also adged King shrimps - to much cholesterol in that stuff, but it's delicious ( I did add 1200mg VitE,1g Vit C after a meal like that , though)
