Can you take too many supplements? My friend got turned down for life insurance because his Creatinic(sp) levels were too high. Made me wonder.
I take:
Whey protein
Multi-Vit
Vit-C
Flax
Dessicated Liver
ZMA
Sound like too much???

sure you can take too much.
Especially if the supp has a funky name that ends with -tech, -gun or -bomb, it's definitly too much BS.
Your supplements are okay, you can add creatine, glutamine, BCAA and green tea without a problem.
Tell your friend he has to drink more.

Creatinine levels are an indicator of kidney function.
Personally, I don't consider whey a "supplement" any more than eggs, cottage cheese or chicken...
