I heard he just opened a gym in New Jersey that is powerlifting friendly.  If that is true then I wish him luck in anything he does.

Brickhouse gym.  I dont know where it is.  If you look on Gene Rychlaks website there are pictures of it.

by the looks of jimmy vest the mistake that he needed to fix was him dieting longer and upping the dosage

BrickHouse Fitness is in Perryville, Maryland. It is VERY powerlifter friendly, but also caters to the bodybuilder/fitness crowd.

There are pics of Jimmy on his site (www.prosizefitness.com) that show the man in contest shape that blows away what he showed up looking like at the 2006 NOC. He can do it. It is not hype.

So what?  I like Jim, but pix on a website do not win contests.  If one does not dail it in when it matters, it's all hype.  I understand he is offering personal training sessions.  That's all well and good, I suppose; a guy's got to eat, but has he won ANY contest any one here has heard of?  There are several guys at my gym that looked better than he did at his last contest. I touted him once and ended up with egg on my face.  No more.  When he delivers I'll believe.

He looks like absolute hammered SHIT in those pics.  I can't believe someone got on a STAGE looking like that.  I haven't been that flabby in 7 or 8 years at any time during an off-season.  Not even close to that.  He's sitting at 12-13% easily.  Why the hell did he even do the show?

I agree. I think he will do dammage as well. He missed his mark last time, and was sick. Anyway, i have been to his gym, it's awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going this sunday to train legs.......Last time I was there, Gene Ryshylak was there and so was the PA chapter of Metal Millitia.....
