Title: Baby food VS Meal replacer(MetRex...etc)
Post by: kyomu on March 15, 2007, 10:25:53 AM
Since many bber insist that processed foods are inferior than less processed or row food.
So I think Baby food(Rice and chicken) is superior than those Meal replacers.
What do you guys think about it?

baby food may be a good choice, but it often doesn't have a good ratio. Most have too much fat, which is essential for babys.

Also baby food often has much sugar, which is really shoking i think.

Rumors say nestle puts vanillin into his products, which make addictive.
Vannilin is also found in McDonald's buns.

actually, as weird as it sounds, all I eat in the form of fruit is baby food. I'm allergic to fruit seeds, so I gotta eat baby food. I trust it because the way I see it, companies like Gerber don't, or shouldn't fuck with the content going into babies, so I figure it's a safe alternative to real fruit since I can't eat it. Sometimes I'll have applesauce too, like Motts. Am I wrong on this one?
