What do people think about Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water?
I ate today because I needed a protein on the fly, it tasted fine, maybe it was the 270mg of sodium.(heh.)
I ate it with tabsco green pepper sauce and walden farm ranch dressing.
I really don't like canned tuna, is this an ok substitute for a clean protein?

Gots alot of salt in it man. I'd take it easy on it unless you just want it for convenience. Why not have one big night of food prep for a few days worth of eats to have already made? ??? Canned chicken reminds me too much of the way nasty ass catfood smells to want to eat it again. As far as tuna, try that pepper sauce on it too, it made it edible for me! Go chunk WHITE not chunk light. It has a cleaner flavor.

Other then the excess salt - it can be as asset to your diet. Especially if you're in a hurry & need a high protein source.
