Roland was considered by many to be the next Arnold. He has tons of credits to his acting abilities, but he still hasn't explode into silver screen yet. I don't know, maybe he has a big project he's working on, or a big budget flick in the process?

Muscle has really fallen out of style since the 80's. But like every fashion trend its back. Runways are featuring more muscular models. Now you might say what does that have to do with anything. But unfortunatley, Hollywood gets a lot of its cues from the fashion world. So I would say you will see more muscular guys being cast in movies TV. Its already happened on shows like PrisonBreak. The days of the stringy Brad Pitt types are fading fast.

I don't see Roland as a Kick-ass action movie Hero like Arnold. I'm sure there are lots of role he can Ace. Maybe his country man, Arnold should hook him up.

No not right nycbull, muscle will never be in style with designers or print campaigns. Anything over 180 is described as WAY to muscular for print work. Thin will always be in.

not really, I meant to say it isn't as popular as the 80's but since 9/11 its been on the rise. And I am talking purely in the mainstream, not in gym culture.
No need for profanity dude.

There just isn't anybody out there with the physique and talent to be the next big thing.
Shit, Gunter has had more onscreen lines and coverage than Roland in "Beerfest"...yet his pansy-assed German-inflected accent will guarantee that he won't be the next onscreen draw (my opinion....on his accent. It's just terrible, and high pitched to boot...that's why they gave that Conan has-been costar of his more talking lines). If Gunter can fix that, perhaps he can make some waves. Arnolds accent was odd but at least he sounded tough.
