favorite is either beltless full-depth squats or regular old bench press. least favorite is, without a doubt, curls of any kind.

no it's not

if your abs aren't thick they will look bad even if you are lean

thick abs are awesome and everybody should train them even if it is boring

How the fuck can you hate curls?

how the fuck can you weigh under 130 pounds and think everyone bigger than you is fat? it's a mystery of the ages.

not to mention they're extremely important in heavy lifting. your core strength is a big factor in how much you'll be able to handle.

Who cares about strength, this is bodybuilding.

a lot of guys don't train calves but have great ones. ronnie stopped training biceps for a long time. cutler and a few others totally stopped their quad work. luke wook hasn't trained delts in a while.

so i guess we should all stop training... abs, calves, shoulders, biceps, and thighs, right?

Frontal squats on the smith machine. That's one fucking difficult exercise that I used to hate, but now it's becoming one of my favorites, cause i'm finally getting it right with the grabbing of the bar. Now I can rest it comfortable over my front delts, and the effect of DOMS it produces on my vastus muscles are ridiculous.

it's genetic

some people have thick abs, some don't

and people who don't have thick abs should train them so they can be more impressive when  you diet down

it's a muscle, why not train it like the rest of your body ?

first off, i ain't a bodybuilder. i'm a powerlifter.

second, you're not a bodybuilder either. that requires you both have a body and you build it. you're just barely holding onto the first requirement, let alone the second.

wouldn't gays trying to impress men be more worried about having good physiques than high bench presses? and didn't you get banned for posting gay porn as well as pictures of your own dick on a bodybuilding message board almost entirely populated by men?

hm, maybe that's why you know so much about what gays who are trying to impress men would do and care about.  :-X
