I know taking drugs is bad for your liver, but is the lifting of weights and breaking down the muscles bad for you liver?

endurance sports break down more muscle than does lifting weights (long distance running, biking, rowing, etc.) I have not heard of any evidence that those are bad on the liver.

Why would it? Unless you down protien shakes like crazy then you have nothing to worry about. Elevated BUN levels aren't even that bad for you anyway. Don't even bother to take supplements. They are pointless.

natural bodybuilding is worse for your joints. without deca to help repair them it is dangerous to try to work out as hard as guys on juice. arthritis in the making.

there have been countless studies and peer-reviewed articles about protein consumption
and all of them show there is no correlation between liver or kidney problems and high protein diets
