normally i end my shoulder workouts with 5 or 6 sets of barbell shrugs but today i decided to superset them with cable upright rows on the pulley with two cams, the easy Flex one, awesome pump.

i know, i know "jpm" and his training "buds" superset 2500 pound partial shrugs with 500 pound partial power rack upright rows.

I always end my shoulder workout with upright rows super set with dumbell shruggs and my shoulders and traps get pumped as hell with it.

what handle did you use? Rope feels good doing this exercise. Straight bar? Cambered? Share your truly great training secrets with us oh wise and mysterious one! ;D

hahahaha, the cambered bar, my traps are sore to the touch today.

My traps have improved since i started doing them with back rather than shoulders. But it all depends what works for you indivually.
