3eggs, 2 egg whites
1.5 cups oats
3 fish oil caps
8:30
3scoops protein powder
1tbsp flax oil
1cup cottage cheese
11:30
3scoops protein powder

salmon patty sandwich on whole wheat toast

His 2 Week fasts were:
4 protein shakes a day consisting of 2-3 scoops of protein powder and 1 tbsp of flax oil. One meal a day I would have a few eggs with turkey and chesse.

no it isnt, hes got the whole transformation on his board. He came down from 320 to 260...try not to forget, hes on more shit then half this board LOL. Not that it doesnt make it any less impressive, hes not natural if anyone was implying it. Hes a freak of nature when it comes to strength too. His back is sick looking. There are more pics

i may have missed that in the t-nation thread. from what i was gathering he wasn't. it's not impossible, shawn lattimer has an 865 shirted bench drug free and some damn high raw lifts in the squat/deadlift. i don't know one way or the other, though.

I'll be the first guy to admit I rarely call out "drugs/no drugs" but I would find it very hard to believe a guy that knee deep in this kind of lifestyle would go/stay the natural route. To me he looks more enhanced then a natural.

He's clearly BLOWING OUT his stomach in the first pic and SUCKING it in in the second! Please. look at his pecs -- not that much diff. Sure, he's lost fat (as well as muscle) but not to an amazing degree.

yup. he's smaller. he hasn't lost 18 pounds of fat and it's obvious. let's say he was 200 pounds and 20% bodyfat (guesstimation here). that's a solid 160 fatless. minus 18 is 182. (182-160)/182 = 12% bf. does he look like 12% in that second picture? hell no.
