Indeed. I have a theory that your typical average 5'11 male can get to about 240 lbs in contest shape on steroids max. After that GH and slin are required to make that jump through and it causes the down fall of aesthetics. He looked much better there.

He has a 'brighter' look in his eyes, hard to explain...but looks wise it feels like he's 'dumbed down' the last 10 years....

That is my favorite Ronnie video due to the fact that he does a lot of talking and gives you a lot of insight into his career.

Plus, the old school Mitsuru rap is a nice touch
