My arms are definitely my strong point. They grow easily and they are very big relative to the rest of me. I wish I could say the same about my legs!

That was in 2007,my arms are bigger and leaner now,my tris are ripped and over 22",so take your little 18" pipe cleaners and blow it our your ass.

what matter is nto your arm mesuement,,as long asa you can bring no seo arm at around 18 inch or over....you will do ok ,, ofcourse always aim 18-21 but still there are things that highly importanto more than arm mesure like ....
the timing of your injections,,, you fellas need to understand that the timing of your tren shot and TEST shot is highly importanto ,,most sucesful bodybuild takethe shots BEFORR THEY GO TO SLEEP,,we do it like that so the hormone sit well the nedxt day in the body and we dont spill or come too smooth ,,because unlike what you told hormones work fast,,the body attack them and break them fast,,every hormone .... some are little slower but the body work on them from minute one! ,,
so more importanto is that you inject the 100mg or whatever tren you take at night befor sleep of few hours afgter sleep,,or inject it AFTER THE TRAINING not upon waking up! ,,this is more important than arm mesurement ....
the diff between a fella who injected late at night and one who did it in morning is big,,the one who injected at night will wake up jacked wil be able to sit on get big for 2 hours before he even open his moouth for food ,,and will just maintain muscle and more importanto his muscule look and sharpness as in lines.... better than the one who did it in the morning and then go to gym and puff up because the testosterona smoothen him up with the famous water between skin and muscle,,
thats what i always mean when i say TIMING OF INJECTION IS WHAT YOU NEED TO CONCENTRATE ON ,,,rest is in the mirror

I guess its all personal opinion,i like big beefy arms ahanging off my shoulders,ive been doen to 230 and my arms were 19-20" and much more cut but i did not like it.So in my personal opinion i like my bigger beefier arms better,thats all.i realize to most people they would prefer 19" cut but not me.

he does ,,its the pose,,told you friends pictures are illusions,,also in his case its mainly water retetention and not much fat ,,he is in singles,,you ofellas need to understand thats the diff between seeing the straitions on the kidnys to the right asn dleft of xmas tree....you knowo exactly what im talkin about ...the x man from the back side....you need to lose about 10lb if lean fella on hormones,,so if you are ripped lean 200lb ...and yet lower back is watery ...at 190 you will see those straitiions clearly on the lower back,,what you will see at 200lb is the xmas tree to some degree and upper back seperation but the mid back and lower back will look smoother and lack of detail due to 10 single lbs lol yep it is all in the last 10lb my friends
so a fella ripped lean 195-200 lb will be shredded at 185-190 as in stage ready,,
