I ate a whole avocado last night and I'm trying to drop body fat. I looked up avocados and they have something like 300 calories! Ops... How do you treat avacado in a daily diet, as a fat or a vegtable? Any ideas on how to eat it beside as gucamole? Any cool recipes or ideas?

I'd call it a fat, 100g contains 8.5g carb, 2g protein, and 14.66g fat for 174 cals (so probably 1/2 a large). That refers to the edible portion, and I've never actually weighed the pitt....
I like it in salads. I've read that it helps other nutrients from veg to be absorbed... but that was on some "avocado grower's" page, so it might just be bs.

I love avocado though the way I usually eat them probably won't be considered the healthiest :P
I usually dice the avocado, then add a chopped onion, cover with a tablespoon of castor sugar, add a good pinch of chilli flake then mix all together with the juice of half a lime...tastes great!

HEY Saxon,
I gotta say, i had half an avocado with some sucralose, onion, and black pepper--that shit was the BOMB! It was like a sweet dessert and creamy mashed potatoes all in one!
Maybe its just me, but whenever I cut calories everything on my food plan tastes so freaking good.

They are great in your diet, but dont put all kinds of crap on em. They are fats. Best way to eat them is plain or on a chesse burger, or chicken or pretty much anything. They are very creamy. downside is they are expensive!

I had some sliced avacado on a killer turkey sandwich today! Extremely good!

Avocado hasl lots of unsaturated fat, so they are very healthy and even promote fat loss to a certain point.
They should be in every ones diet.
Very good on a turkey sandwich, use whole wheat bread. Add some pepper and soy sauce, tastes very good.
Chili sauce is great too.
