You can't get better than this. Cheese flavored pop corn - has low carbs/protein/low saturated fat/fiber/calcium and great taste. I eat 3 cups a night and continue to lose fat :-*

Why even look at carbs you should be looking at calories. The macro nutrients don't even make that much of a difference.

Hey, it's got 3 g of fiber. Not too bad for a lowfat snack food and worth adding to diet to push through all the extra protein you eat as a bodybuilder.
