Ronny is best -He  trains shoulders  and  chest  on dvd  ;D ;D ;D

I used tolike to watch the BFTO vids but got tired of seeing EVERY competitor train CHEST, CHEST, CHEST, CHEST.

 Never ever see anyone training LEGS in those videos. Ever. Every year Gunter does CHEST in those vids.
