hahaha! this guy is such a little bitch! he had the thread deleted from lastnight where he admitted

 to having a 52'' waist!!! but he plains on getting it down to 36'' in "3 years".........oh brother! he also said the reason he's fat is because he's "big boned" ::)........" theres no such thing as big boned, it's just an excuse for for people ;)

poor little D cup fatty also admitted that he can bench a whopping 225 for 8 reps :o

hahaha this fat piece of shit was having one of the biggest meltdowns ever last night...... As he was eating a carton of icecream last night he was probably saying to himself "ill get those guys"

I don't check it too often, last night a thread was moved down here and now it's gone, I was telling Garreth I would train him for nothing to help him!

Waste of time. Teach me how to phantom bench 535 instead!!! I'm stuck on the part of finding 2 witnesses I haven't seen in 25 years who can refute my claims yet don't have access to a computer.

I don't even know why garraeth has an account    ???

He hangs around the board like some overweight, bloated welfare
mother in the benefits line. No real purpose to humanity but  they
are always around and usually just in the way.
