he looked great on his segment but very uninspired training, i almost fell asleep watching his segment on my copy.

That is pretty much the perfect physique right there.

Flex may have been more aesthetic, but Rockel is more complete and proportioned.

That guy must have pussy night and day :o

he looks really short in the segment.  on stage you don't really notice, but on video among the machines he looks mad short.  that is all.
