Ever since her stroke, old 'look at me' Maybelle's reality check was seriously overdue:

"I can feel my lips... Back on solid foods... Hey, standing again, guys!..." You know the type.

After a few months of this shit, I catch her powerwalkering the 2s by the db rack. "Getting ssspronger," she slurs - and POW! - I snatch her dumbells: Bam! Bam! Bam! Fucking CURLING them as she looks on in shock.

I follow the three with a forced rep - Fucking BbbbbAAAMMM! - showing this delusional loudmouth what strong really is.

"Now who's bad, bitch?"

ANYWAY THIS 250 POUND WEAKLING... WAS BENCHING AN 'EPIC' (worst word to describe btw) 375 lbs (cos its weak and all)..

 "So I was in the gym  blasting out  my third set of close grip bench with 500,with no spotter(after having pre exhausted my triceps with 8 sets if skull crushers with 250lbs) when this skrawny little fag came up and..

This forum is getting to me, yesterday I was in the gym and these 2 young guys were doing squats with 2 45's on and they were doing quarter squats at best, I damn near looked over at these guys and said" you guys rocking the quarter squats today", I stopped myself, but I was close. I gotta get a grip ;D
