Guys i currently use met-rx 'extreme size up' (and no i didnt get it for the name b4 some of u say anything), it was great value for money and i got £20 off.
I get 80 grams carbs, 54grams protein, 3 grams creatine and 3grams glutamine per serving (one a day).
I am either thinking of getting a cheaper shake (weiders 'builder' shake is £10 for 32 grams protein & 18 grams carbs) to add to breakfast and lunch.
OR im thinking of getting creatine. My choices in this department are 'creapure' creatine....500gram tubb for £16....OR 'pro lab' creatine monohydrate 2x 300gram tubbs for £20.
Obviously paying £4 more for an extra 100grams is good, so that put the pro lab ahead i guess.
So wandering wether to get the cheaper protein/carb shake to take wi brekkie and lunch OR get sum creatine????
What ever i choose il also be taking the met-rx shake (i like this one).
My only concern is that the met-rx shake has 3grams creatine already in it, only taken once a day tho, do u think my getting an outright creatine shake will mean im then taking too much creatine??

take the creapure, it's the best creatine there is. Made by degussa.
dump the met-rx when the can is through and then get a protein powder and some dextrose.
creatine first thing in the morning, before and after training.
max 6g a day.

Id take 2 grams 1st thing, 2 grams b4 workout and 3 grams after. (i know that 7 grams).

no i don't think the prolab is creapure. just look at the label, if it's creapure it has a sign.

No loading, you're already taking 7g a day. On non training days, make it 4-5g in the morining with breakfast. that's all. No loading crap, it's a waste of money.

Davie - Serious note...I got a few cases of the myoplex rtd powder packets fortified with glutamine, etc. 40+ g of proein, 2-3g of fat...25 carbs....plus a mess load of bars, low sugar....my buddy is sponsopred by EAS and I'll never finish them...let me send some to you and save you some $$.....pm me. Seriously. Who food is 100x beter anyways.......

Just to help you out davie lives in the UK. It'll cost ya a ton to send them to him (even the cheapest way will be a lot).

I here u mate, and im not saying im a slight guy or anything, but the weight gainer agrees with me (protein/carb wise etc), and its pretty good on the old purse strings.
Il re-orde that+creatine on monday.
Gonna cycle both, 3 weeks on 1 week off. then repeat.

Hey bro, my weight gainer has creatine in it, 3 grams in it+3 grams glutamine.
+im gonna take 2 grams in the morning with brekkie, +2 grams just b4 workout.
Then my weight gainer shake after workout.

Gonnna keep cycling my weight gainer and creatine use, 3 weeks on and 1 week off. SOund ok with everyone?!
I have quite alot of experience of taking protien etc, but i gotta say the creatin side is new to me.
I wander why companys always try and get you to have a loading phase, probs just to get you to use it up quicker.

I dont count every calorie i take or xactly how much carbs/fat. i know roughly, within 1o grams of the exact amount id say.
Its not neccessary to be so exact. Stop worrying so much.
Lift eat, rest, eat....repeat.

so where do you think you are macro wise? Gaining naturally right now? Cardio is just rugby?
Scale isnt doing much, might need tio add in some more foods?

Yup cardio is just rugby, 2 training sessions a week+a a80minute game, trust me, its v hard.
