...so I ordered Animal Pump, my first can, my first time trying their product.  I had received their free sample of animal pump, and also read rave reviews on a few bulliten boards of this product, so I am gonna try it

the only thing I am doing different from what they instruct, is removing the red energy capsule and taking it by itself since I train at night

I'll let ya know how this works out
