- Looking amazing 5 weeks out pics
- looking even better 3 weeks out, hell even 1 weeks out pics
- The 2 above supplemented by a tank top (Milio's Koliseum stringy preffered)
- Coincidently being trained by Milos and/or visiting the same establishment for x weeks out pics.
- the 'athlete' looks 20 years older than he really is (Thank to Dr DK)
- Comes day of the show, spilled or depleted or both
- And eventually, not being friend with Milos after 3 year (thank to Dr JJ)

Yeah but I truly do believe it's also the training regimine. I know that even with my oh, so famous gut, that I grow better when I'm doing hard training than when I'm doing normal weekend warrior training. Like I said before, I put on 50lbs in one year. Without ever have seen a roid before in my life.
With Krispy Kreme donuts and Coca Cola, that's easy.

you guys are crazy if you think milos recomend any guy he trains special secret drugs that no one else uses,,all use the same general crap with some changes here and there,,the way your body is responding is a whole different story,,that what makes one better than other,,
you can take drugs from now untill 2015 consistently and 99% chances you wont be no ron coleman,,not even frank zane to that matter,,you are born with symetry and if you work right you will develop balance to your physiqe,,and from there you need to pray your body can pack on enough muscle mass to make a difference,,drugs play a role but you gotta have the BASICS!!!
