Remember, I'm a soaking wet 170lbs, so comparing us isnt a great idea...althiugh with my frame, I should be 240...il get there!

First meal can be slightly more, you have slept all night and everything is empty now.

240...maybe but it'll take you about five years to get there the right/safe way.
BTW - I eat a little more then three times a week. Maybe four or five. ;D

no way..im competeing in 2-3....240 in 2-3 max!

Not without losing those precious abs you wont Lugar - and i mean altogether if you are putting on 70lb - or you are gonna take more gear than greg kovacs !! So forget about those abs.

Lugar, First tell me you're seriously not thinking of competing at 240lbs in 2-3 years. I was about 160lbs when I graduated high school. I'm 30 now & about 240 lbs. So it's taken me roughly ten years to gain 80lbs. Granted I've taken some steroids along the way but nothing too crazy (i.e. moderate doseages). It would not be healthy for you to gain 70lbs. in 2-3 years. It was also be very difficult. However, in that time you could probably get to about 200-210 without too much problem & while maintaining a fairly low bodyfat of around 10%. Lugar trust me do not try to gain that much weight in that short of a time. The amount of drugs you would have to take & the length you would have to take could be harmful. It also would probably not be very perminent.

no way...I plan on gwetting to 225 and keep a hold on the abs (outline) I hope......then dieting to 198 or so......I think it's feasible...I was 190 when I graduated hs and 245 and about 12-13R% my junior yr in college.....that was without "supplements" Now, saying on, should keep me lean and allow me to eat a ton more, my metoblism should be higher than it was before plus I never knew shit about proper nutirition....

I wouldn't count on that one. You're 30ish Lugar a lot can happen in ten years.

Is it possible? Sure. Likely not. At least not without a lot of drugs. That's something you don't need - you're not going to be a professional bodybuilder there's no need to go crazy. I'm a huge advocate for moderate doseages.

Absoloutly no chance - that would mean he would have to put on 50lbs of muscle in a year - and only a max of 5lb of fat iff he still wants any sort of abs - with little or no steroids?? You must be joking !!
-
i love haters..we'll see........

That's why I said it's not likely for him to gain that much weight.

I forgot to add he is & is planning on taking steroids.
-
Yes - but your missing the main point - he wont eat coz hes scared of losing the abs - and so growth will be minimal. if he uses steroids yes he will put some weight on but nothing like if he bulked properly with real whole food aswell

You're probably right but anythings possible. With a combinations of gear & whole food he could make some remarkable gains in about two years. However, the gains he wants to make probably aren't possible without some lasting health consequences. You are right though that's he's too paranoid about losing his abs. However, that usually comes with bulking.
Note: If I'm missing any points, sorry it's Monday & my ass is kicked & I'm at work so I'm still in cruise control mode.
