I remember reading some interview with him saying he didn't miss competitive BB'ing-hope he is doing well now. I always thought he was a class act.

in a serious note, he seemed like a class act and had some interesting ideas of his own on training, did some crazy high reps for legs etc

Post by: buffbong on March 23, 2007, 03:54:55 PM: looks like his career highlights were winning the 93 noc back then that was the second biggest show around... and placing top five in a mr o.. he had a article in muscle mag he talks about not wanting to do drugs anymore thats why he retired and he talks about how he is still training and that he is as stronger on all exersizes but pressing movments he said you gain alot of strength on those on drugs..
