I dont agree. Maybe Ronnies training is more high intensity. Because Branch can do many heavy sets with same movement.If your concentration of contraction of your muscle is complete.You finish workout earlier.

well both of their training styles that is coleman/warren style and mike/yates style led to tearing of multiple muscles and each one of them looked like shit at the end of their careers..

I personaly like to do the style of Jay Cutler and Lee priest.

This dumbell press he do good as you mention.
But,look at his t-bar row. Very dangerous and no wonder that he broke his lat.

I personaly think Ronnies 2002 version is the best body of the history of BBing.
But Jay carry more mass than Ronnie of all time.(I dont say Jay is better than best ronnie...)

jay at 5.9 and 270lbs outsizes ronnie coleman who is 5.11 and weighs at 296lbs..

jay is wider but not bigger. ronnies chest, back, quads, arms and delts were bigger in 03 then jays have ever, or will ever be.
