You can look like a swimmer while you are on or off. Arvilla demonstrates very well.

He needs to lift weights with good form and not post millions of threads online about himself getting last place.

I think that there are a lot of athletes that partake in a wide range of sports and ectomorphic "swimmer body" would be the prototype for these.  I had a friend who was 6ft 4in 194lbs at 42 (personal trainer at a $100/month gym) and really was a super athlete.  3hrs of cardio a day was not uncommon.

People really don't see highly dedicated athletes of this type though.  They may go to the gym and are respected or they may work out at home, but they are some of the healthiest people on earth.

That said I think anyone could build impressive size and look really good whatever their metabolism or bonestructure.  It may be harder but life is more of a challenge than not.

I think he probably works very hard in the gym...  he's got decent size in some areas...  but he looks like a bag of smashed assholes because he happened to be absent the day they were handing out good genetics for bodybuilding.  He's been injecting everything but the kitchen sink and been "in the life" for upwards of 20 years and still looks like he does.  I'll give him credit for perseverance, but a rational person would have realized he's just not built for competitive bodybuilding and moved on to something else ages ago.

Swimming would have been a worthwhile persuit for him.

Why would I have to "go out" to get laid?  My wife is in the next room.  Unlike you, I'm not a 40+ who still thinks like a kid.  "Hey.... it's Friday night.... I have to go 'clubbing' or I'm a loser!"   ::) ::)

Ha! You went to the gym trained arms for a couple of hours then had laura take that pic to show me how big your arms are? 17 1/2 inches is good for your age and genetic limitations.

Let's be honest here. He may have been juicing for almost 2 decades, but that doesn't mena he KNEW what he was doing. I mean, the guy admitted to drinking a gallon Gatorade a day ( :-\).

Also, I guarantee you he was an "upper" bber for most of his lifting life. He claims to have squatted 500lbs+, but anyone with a clue would not believe that. Now he's playing catch up, due to his lower body neglect.

He's got good shoulders, and arms. And the rest can be brought up, with some hard work. I think Mike realizes he's not turning pro, so this is just a lifestyle he's chosen for himself.

And before you come on here and "threathen" me Mike, re-read what I'm saying. I'm actually one of your supporters here. I'm not flaming you.
