Title: Arnold classic bench competition

Was anybody at the arnold classic bench finals? i am trying to find out the 5 or so songs they were playing during the finals. Any ideas?

Yo Im new on this site and I was wondering how to get big? Im 6 foot 1 225 and can bench 295 and was wondering if u can maybe can give me some tips of maybe being able to bench 325 by next school year. my school has a thing called the 325 bench press club and i could be the youngest guy ever to get that. Im only a freshman and im 15. can u help me out?
