Title: I need help deleting a program from my computer

If you are good with computers please respond

I was trying to delete a program and now one last aspect of it will not delete and the computer says that it is still running.  I have tried everything I could find online in the way of tips to do it and nothing works.  Any ideas?

Tried that.  I think it is gone but this was actually remnants of a program I needed to get rid of so hopefully it is gone.  Apparently I wasn;t supposed to use the route you mentioned to get rid of it. I was supposed to just maunally uninstall the program from the program file. Oh well.
