I got a set of these awhile ago & they're excellent. I highly suggest you guys try them. The complete set has 100lbs, 150lbs, 200lbs, 250lbs, 300lbs, 350lbs of resistance.

I have them and let me tell you if you can close the 350 all the way you are a better man than me.

Arent these similar to the captain of cruch grippers (easier/harder??)??
HOw much for the hole set (id have to have them sent to the uk)??

I just got the "Forearm Blaster" from my local Target. I remember these things from when I was younger, but MAN! I've been using it this past week, and I can't barely pick up a can of soup right afterwards! My forearms have never been this sore!

regular ol'behind the back barbell curls work for me! but that forearm blaster...damn I remember those from back in the day. That thing is SOLID! ;D
