NOT THIS FRIDAY BUT THE ONE COMING UP..i'll post up a video sometimes midday..

I'm not going to post anything as a result of this. You said on your word that you would post this video 2 months ago or you'd leave Getbig. As far as I'm concerned, this means nothing. Do you think you're proving something squatting 225 for 10? Anyone who works out for a year should be able to do that. You act like it's something to be proud of.
You forgot to mention you're on 750 mg of sust a week. ::)

how the hell are u gonna jump 13 reps in 2 weeks dude, didnt u just get 225 for 7 last week ??? Best of luck though... personally I'd like to see the 275 double or the 405 pound squat come june.

Yeah, don't bother with the video. It'll just be fodder.
As was said by many before: stop the juice and train naturally until you can do those lifts. You're obviously not training properly and/or eating right.

ANY other body part..i wouldn't make such claims..but once upon a blue moon ADFPA..drugfree i did put up 405 at 132 in the 138 class ;)

dont worry mate..i'll post it..thing is..225 for 7 and it ws maybe my 3rd leg workout in 3ish months.. :-\
first one in 4 yrs i hit 225 for a double..

and i might try to double 275..but i'm only worried about my abdomial wall..i haven't trained it yet..and thats 4 yrs worth of not training..if it feels it can handle it..i'll even chance the 275..
i cant fit into me belt..i'm too fat.. >:(

i'll be cordial for a second..
i trained natty from 15 thru 20 something..did a few powerlifting shows and squatted 405 weighing 132 in the 138 class on my 19th b-day...belt only..adfpa..i put in my time
shit happens..soo i strayed away from the gym for a long time...and got into some bad habits..again..shit happens
now a days i'm very buzy..past 3 months..i'd take a shot 1 week hoping to train..and then bam..i'm teaching some corporate folks in DC..stuff that i'm learning the day before teaching it..soo no gym..
..soo i dont take anything for 2 weeks ..again..i think i have time and take aother shot..thinking..this time..this time..i'm home free and wont get hit by surprise classes..but nooo..so i'm off again for 2 weeks..
anyhow..i've been consistant for the past 3 weeks..i wont accept surprise classes (let some other sap teach em and deal with the fustration) and things r on the up n up..
and thanx for making me write a fucking novel..
