I have been mixing my creatine with cranberry juice. Is this a good idea? Will the acidity of the cranberry juice neutralize the creatine?

Sometimes I take mine with Apple Juce. I like the sugars since I heard it causes an insulin spike which makes your body absorb it faster.

I'm not expert but I hear to stay about from fruit juice for Post workout, has something to do with fructose and liver glycogen...I could be wrong.
Dextrose, powdered gatorate, maltodextrin...those kind of things.

if you want to use juice get some grape juice.
i just use maltodextrin/glucose powder.

your right....fructose is not a good choice pwo because it replenishes liver glycogen not muscle glycogen.

fructose won't cause an insulin spike.
Fructose is a low GI carb.
