Title: Ronnie Coleman
Post by: spiderman405 on March 27, 2007, 05:52:39 PM
I had a question about Ronnie's training. I know that he takes like 6 months off of training after the olympia. Chad Nicolls was saying that he does no weight baring exercises.

what does an Olympia competitor do while taking 6 months off? does he still workout but just like at 75% or does he just not touch weights for 6 months and shrink?

what does he do as far as diet and workout while on this 6 months off?

he takes 3 months off.

he's not taking 3 months off this year though, because he lost the olympia.

i read somewhere that kevin levrone took MASSIVE amounts of time off.

and to answer your second question:

His tricep is gone, his lat is gone. Reminds me of the last dorian yates years.

Sad to see what these guys do for a $30 dollar trophy.

Oh well, see you all at the Olympia. :D

Ronnie goes back to rest on Planet Ronnie Coleman population....Ronnie Coleman. Seriously, I'm sure he lifts a bit but with much less intensity to maintain the muscles and still let them heal and probably backs off the calories to stay in okay shape.
