Title: 1/2cc = 1ml or 1cc = 1ml?

ok so this is where im getting confused ...

as i said before i have vials of 10ml 250mg
and my syringe is 23gx 1 1/2 3cc's

does that mean i have to fill it up to 1/2 cc twice a week for 500mg of test?

 or 1cc = ml?
 ??? ???

am i too stupid for this ?
