I grabbed a few cases of myoplex carb sense bars and rtds from the Arnold classic, would you guys eat these? Low low sugar, low carbs, but fat is around 10g.........protein around 30.....I know they are junk, but would you maybe eat 1 a day? Like toss a few chunks in my oats, shake, etc....just added cals.........ok or nix em?

I would forget about them. Most of them are loaded with sugar alcohol which can really upset your stomach. You'd almost be better off having a real candy bar (hey it's cheaper). I used to eat protein bars regularly but I stopped a couple years ago because they made me bloated & such. Now maybe here & there I'll grab one but that's a rare occurrence.

I use so much sugar alcohol as it is, bits and pieces of bars would prob. not have hat much effec....just thought they would be good chopped up in a protein shake or in oats....maybe 1//4 of one 4 times.........they were free, but would hate to just toss em.......anyone use tthem at all?

Jeez just eat a bar man - your meant to be tryna bulk - 1/4 of a bar here, 1/3 of a bar there - man your obsessed

low carb bars are perfect for days when u are on the go and cant prepare protien rich meals - eg at school or work or bet ween meetings.

that's never the csse for me. always prepsred plus I'd never have one as a meal. tody I had half sn oh yesh chopped up in my oats sooooooooooooooooooo frickn good I'm addicted. my goal is to have all 5 cases downed before april 30 expiration.....good cals for bulking won't be touchn them precontest time

Try some trioplex bars by chef jay they have fiber in them, bit healthier than the average bar

wats so bad aboiut the bars? from a nutritional standpoint (from the info on the nutrion on the bars themselves) some can be very good.
