Violation of probation is automatic jail time, will be interesting to see how this pans out. I think she should go to jail, why should she be allowed to break the law. She has money, but popular vote has more pull than money in Hollywood land.

Driving on a suspended license is small potatoes.  I wouldn't think it would result in jail time unless you do it repeatedly.

She won't go to jail... If she does it'll be "weekend" jail or some bullshit.

Tons of Celebs do much worse and get slapped on the wrist.

Is it just me, ...but I would secretly enjoy seeing her go to jail.

I know jail is a ridiculous punishment for such an infraction, ...but I'd love to see her in a county lockup for 90 days.

...not for driving under a suspended license, ...but for being such a...  twit. I think it would do her some good.

She has been in a school for young women...her parents sent her there when she was 16,17 and 18...she never learned anything but how to escape...she is a twit..and has a skanky body and needs to eat something....her sister has a brain..at least somewhat of a brain...jail would teach her nothing....she knows she can get out of anything..and if she gets community service she would make everyone hold her bags and her dog
