Looks good. All whole foods no shakes, I like that.
Try to get some healthy fats in there, flaxseed oil, olive oil.....
Maybe more veggies too. Looks pretty disciplined though.

Lose the milk, tuna with mayo, the cottage cheese. Add more beef, salmon, nuts, peunut butter, avacodos.
-
i could loose the milk but i use it to mix my eggs and protein with. i work at 6 every morning so for meal 1 i usualy mix egg whites and milk, as far as tuna ect. im low on funds and its cheap i agree i need to eat more beef tho.

Use water instead of milk, forget the milk, it has way too much sugar. Buy ground beef then if funds are low. I do very well on flank steak and chicken with some salmon a few times a week. Make sure you also take EFAs, get raw almonds and natural sugar free peanut butter too. Try a 60%protien, 30%fats 10%carb diet and see what you think. Did I say drink LOTS of water?

You need some good fats such as flax oil or cod liver oil. You could also eat some fish instead of the chicken on occasion to accomplish this as well.

um i eat 2 cans of tuna a day

Canned tuna is a poor choice to get your fish oils from. You would need to eat about 6 cans a day (of white albacore) all week to get a good supply of fish oils from it. Way too much mercury at that point.

Milk won't kill you, drink it if you want. It does have sugar, protein, and some bovine hormones that are good for you.
Seriously though, I have milk with my oats in the a.m., it's fine.

Hahaha I just got my tubs worth of Chocolate from Haagen Daz as a post-workout snack.
Just kidding. You might wanna add some type of carbohydrate after your workout maybe a piece of bread or a fruit

Whatever you say Mike :)

i don't see what the problem with milk is. a cup here. a cup there isn't going to hurt you.
your meal plan looks like it lacks flavour. oatmeal with chicken breast? gross.
